Our cattle are pasture born and raised. Choosing only to process steers, we select from our best to finish out for processing. We provide a unique grain finish to help achieve desired tenderness, marbling and flavor. Through our membership with the American Angus Association, we continuously strive to improve genetics within our Black Angus female family.
